Auchernack Farm
This fully self contained wing occupies the original late 18th century farmhouse and provides an ideal base for visitors to the Spey Valley. Surrounded by a large garden and lawn from its raised position the Farmhouse commands striking views of the surrounding farmland and across the Spey Valley.
The spacious accommodation is arranged over three floors and sleeps a maximum of six adults. The property is centrally heated, double glazed, comfortably furnished and has been awarded three stars by the Scottish Tourist Board.

Very spacious room with electric coal effect stove, colour TV, and DVD player.
Kitchen/dining room
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with electric cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and radio cd player. A high chair is available on request.

The garden is enclosed and has ample car parking. Garden furniture is available for visitors use.
Linen
All beds have duvets and pillows, bed linen is provided. Visitors are requested to bring their own towels but these may be hired for an extra charge (£10 per week). Please note cot bedding is not provided.
Heating
The property is centrally heated the cost of which is included, with the exception of the ground floor shower room and bedroom three which have electric heaters.
Electricity
Is paid according to usage. Meter to be checked on arrival and read on departure.
Pets
Dogs are welcome but please note this is a working farm so they must be kept under control at all times. We do make a charge to our doggy visitors, to cover the cost of additional cleaning, of £15 per dog (maximum of two dogs).
Smoking
The property is non smoking.
