Nestling in a clearing beside birch and pine forest Birchbank overlooks rolling farmland and enjoys views towards the summit of Carn na Loinne.
One of the main attractions for regular visitors to Birchbank is the 
resident
red squirrel population whose antics keep visitors entertained for hours.
This, coupled with a varied bird population and roe deer strolling through
the garden, make Birchbank a paradise for wildlife lovers.
The property is all on one level and sleeps a maximum of six in modern accommodation, which is furnished to a high standard and has been awarded four stars by the Scottish Tourist Board.

Lounge
Large comfortable room with granite fireplace, electric fire, colour TV, video, DVD player.
Kitchen/dining room
Large open plan living kitchen area, fully fitted kitchen equipped with electric cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and cd/radio. A high chair is available on request.
Utility Room
Sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Double room with double bed.
Bedroom Two
Double room with twin beds
Bedroom Three
Double room with single bed which converts to twin.
All rooms have fitted wardrobes, a cot is available on request, cot linen is not supplied. All beds have duvets and pillows, bed linen is provided. Please bring own cot bedding.
Bathrooms
Main bathroom with bath, wash hand basin & W.C.
Second bathroom with shower, W.C. & wash hand basin.
Visitors are requested to bring their own towels but these may be hired for an extra charge (£10 per week).
Linen
All beds have duvets and pillows, bed linen is provided.
Electricity
Is paid according to usage. Meter to be checked on arrival and read on departure.
Garden
The garden is enclosed and has ample car parking. A barbeque and garden furniture are also available for visitors use.
Pets
Pets are not permitted at Birchbank. If you would like to bring your pet please consider our second property.
Smoking
The property is non smoking.
